چکیده

Abstract Thorough sharing is discussed as a promise concept to reduce emissions and enable sustainable development, little known how the diverse approaches of ranging from Collective Commons Sharing Economy can be incorporated in development built environment. In this study, we set spotlight on it could implemented guiding principle neighbourhood development. We build our study an empirical case within new planned zero emission Ydalir city Elverum, Norway. A Game Theoretic Approach for Sustainable Power Systems Planning in Transition

Intensified industrialization in developing countries has recently resulted in huge electric power demand growth; however, electricity generation in these countries is still heavily reliant on inefficient and traditional non-renewable technologies. In this paper, we develop an integrated game-theoretic model for effective power systems planning thorough balancing between supply and demand for e...

Adaptive Planning for Markov Decision Processes with Uncertain Transition Models via Incremental Feature Dependency Discovery

Solving large scale sequential decision making problems without prior knowledge of the state transition model is a key problem in the planning literature. One approach to tackle this problem is to learn the state transition model online using limited observed measurements. We present an adaptive function approximator (incremental Feature Dependency Discovery (iFDD)) that grows the set of featur...

Inferring and Negotiating User Goals: Adaptive Dialogue Planning Using Abduction

This paper presents an approach to adaptive dialogue planning in the framework of an intelligent information retrieval system (MIRACLE), which provides semantic access to multimedia information via a WWW interface. The system uses abduction to infer users, interests and dialogue goals: ambiguous user queries are interpreted with respect to the semantic domain model and unexpected dialogue acts ...

Minimally intrusive negotiating agents for resource sharing

We study the problem of agents negotiating periods of time during which they can have use of resources, thus allowing for the sharing of resources. We define a multi-stage negotiation framework where agents, in order to obtain resources, step through a sequence of stages, each characterised by an increased chance of a mutually agreeable deal but at the price of disclosing more and more informat...

A Framework of Adaptive Risk Governance for Urban Planning
